Tenant Selection
We have a database recording every prospective tenants requirements, therefore when your property is listed we have an immediate source of tenants to contact to minimise your vacancy. We don't list the property and wait for the tenants to contact us! We also find the right tenant for you. We have access to an Australia Wide Database to ensure you are finding the right tenant for your property. After we have accompanied the tenant through your home, processed the tenancy application and checked all references we contact you and the final tenant selection is your decision. We do not make that decision for you.
